I have 2 large, studio condos. (They each accommodate 2 adults plus a child, comfortably) at "The Islander Inn" located between Kuakini Hiway and Alii Drive in the heart of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Quiet and relaxing. One unit is on the second floor and the other is on the third floor. The enclosed large garden has a pool and barbecue facilites, etc.Both are maintained by a managment company.

Unit is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped
Resort has swimming pools, illuminated tennis courts, hot tub, etc.
Use of a fitness center and golf courses are nearby
Nine barbeque areas are spread about the property
Activities center rents coolers, beach chairs, bicycles and videos.
Units include cable television, CD, stereos and VCRs, laundry facilities

Gated community, 3 bed, 4 bath Villa on the ocean-----pool, tennis, snorkeling, swim with the dolphins 2 blocks away---everything the keys have to offer in one of the most beautiful places .
#2 is on Corte Bella golf course in Sun City West, Az.

Big Island of Hawaii.
We have 2 large (1 bedroom/1 bath and a 2 bedroom/2 bath), luxury, top floor, end units with ocean views. Both condos are our "home away form home" that we rent out when not there.
They are at Kona Coast Resort - Keauhou Gardens (NOT TIMESHARE units) on Alii Drive in Keauhou 15 miles south of Kona Airport. Our guests have full amenities at this 5 Star Resort, 2 pools, tennis courts, fitness center and more.
We do have a 5 night minimum stay policy.
